John C. Boggs - Principal, Insight Human Dynamics

John Boggs is a leadership strategist and performance consultant with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational transformation and growth. As Principal at Insight Human Dynamics, he helps executives and leadership teams accelerate performance through strategic alignment, clarity, and people development.

A former U.S. Marine, attended the Naval Academy Preparatory School and the University of Missouri School of Economics, John brings a mission-driven approach to leadership and business excellence. Known for his dynamic storytelling and practical insight, he has trained and coached leaders across diverse industries nationwide. Based in Florida, John is an avid sailor and adventurer with a lifelong passion for developing people and teams.

Robert L. Donaldson - Operating Partner & CEO, Insight Human Dynamics

Robert Donaldson is a strategic business executive and transformational operations leader with over 34 years of experience driving organizational performance, customer satisfaction, and leadership development. As CEO of Insight Human Dynamics, he helps companies unlock human potential and implement systems that deliver sustainable results.

Before founding Insight Human Dynamics, Robert held senior leadership roles at AT&T, guiding national sales operations, customer experience initiatives, and process excellence programs. He is known for integrating people, process, and technology into scalable operating systems that produce measurable outcomes. Robert holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Black Belt in Process Excellence. He lives in Florida with his wife, Tiffany, and is an active mentor and community contributor.

Heather Alfonso, CPA – Financial Forensics & Business Advisory

Heather Alfonso is a results-driven financial executive with deep expertise in accounting, financial forensics, cash-flow management, and business advisory services. As a Certified Public Accountant, she serves as a Chief Financial Officer Consultant for more than 100 privately owned businesses, providing comprehensive financial management, strategic analysis, and human-capital support that help clients strengthen performance and achieve long-term stability.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Central Florida, Heather brings over two decades of experience optimizing financial systems, implementing scalable processes, and guiding leaders through complex financial decisions. She is recognized for her analytical approach, her ability to simplify complex financial challenges, and her commitment to delivering tailored, solution-based strategies for diverse industries.  Heather, a native Floridian, is a Pro-Amateur Latin dancer, dedicated yogi, and avid traveler who has a deep connection to the ocean.

Chase A. Donaldson - Director of Analytics, Insight Human Dynamics

Chase Donaldson is a data and analytics professional who blends mathematical theory with real-world application to help organizations make smarter, evidence-based decisions. For more than 10 years, he has been teaching, coaching, and elevating others’ performance.  As Director of Analytics at Insight Human Dynamics, he develops analytical models that inform strategy, optimize processes, and drive measurable performance.

Chase studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Central Florida, conducting research in fractals and theoretical neurodynamics. His experience includes analytics and business intelligence for Universal Studios Florida’s HR operations, and he brings early operational leadership experience from construction and materials procurement, which strengthened his disciplined approach to execution through frontline employees. A former collegiate lacrosse player, Chase thrives in team-driven environments. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, travel, college football and time with family.
